I have been studying coaching with several eminent therapist and coaches and they are all talking about the integration of spirituality and mental health. From Dan Siegel to Terry Real to Richard Schwartz and more. They are all now recognizing how important the spiritual life is. We can't separate our bodies from our spirits. It's a good thing that people are starting to recognize this now.
